BTC Group training Sch.


Tue. Eve runs at the Boulder res.
~We generally meet at 5:45pm in the parking lot.  Distance options from 5-6 miles, pace and workout varies. Normally a tempo run. Generally there is always someone your speed.
Sat. group rides.
~A and B rides generally leave from North Boulder. At 10 or 9am.
